The first step for every athlete is our Free Athletic Assessment. This evaluation lets us identify your current performance levels and build a customized roadmap for your growth.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO YOU PROVIDE?

We specialize in science-based speed, agility, and strength development. We don't do cookie-cutter workouts; we build elite athletes through sport-specific mechanical dominance.

ARE THERE AGE REQUIREMENTS?

We train athletes from age 8 through professionals. Our programs are tailored to the physiological developmental stage of each group: Youth, Middle School, High School, and Elite.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE SAFETY?

Safety is non-negotiable. Every session integrates injury prevention drills and functional movement screening to ensure you stay on the field and perform at your peak without risk.

WHAT ARE YOUR FACILITY HOURS?

Our Indianapolis facility operates with morning and evening sessions to accommodate student-athlete schedules. Specific training blocks are assigned based on your program level.

Once you've completed your assessment and selected a program, you can book and manage your training sessions directly through our online portal or mobile app.
